Video of “Workshop: Non Academic Work as a Viable ‘Plan A'”
This event was part of a series funded by a grant to the GSU History Department from the American Historical Association. Jim Grossman, Executive Director of the AHA visited GSU and gave two presentations on Friday, October 28. Dr. Grossman has been on the forefront of the career diversity conversations that have been taking place around the country. His presentations included conversation about what we are doing when we educate humanists and identifying priorities for institutional transformation. His morning talk was geared toward faculty and administrators, while his afternoon talk was address graduate students and their faculty mentors.
